HIGHWAY REPORT:

Frank Sellen

We had to replace culver pipe on Bartnick Road that was rotted and collapsed. We had Scott Binns with his excavator do the digging. It was nice that we had a break in the weather to get it done. Ordered more salt, with all the ice we had and extra snow we couldn't quite make it with what we had. Have been in contact with Genesee Ford for answers on the pickup. Called the NYSOGS to see if this is normal. Its now scheduled for March 28th, 2005. Have been checking on ditchers. Town of Ledyard and Genoa has a demonstrator comming for us to try out as soon as the weather breaks.

OLD BUSINESS:

We will add Karen Shields-Clerk to the 75I Retirement Plan along with the other 3 members of the town. Butch went down to the pump house and found an old generator that doesn't run. It is a brushless type generator, 75 kilowatt, 3 phase generator. This will be hard to replace and has not worked in about a year. This is the backup generator that would be used incase of a long power outage. Stuart Underwood made a copy of The Twon of Mentz junk car law. The Board Member will read this over and make suggestions.

We discussed moving the polling places to The New Town Hall and will have a special meeting along with our regular meeting on April 13, 2005. This will be advertised in The Auburn Citizen and The Republican Register.
